１【外国会社報告書の訂正報告書の提出理由】
2026年8月5日付で、当社は、SECに8-Kを提出し、当社の事業セグメントの構成の変更を反映するために、10-Kに含まれる財務情報及び関連する開示を再構成した。
よって、当社は、8-Kを追加するとともに、2026年4月24日付で関東財務局に提出した外国会社報告書（以下「外国会社報告書」という。）の補足書類の記載の一部を訂正するために、外国会社報告書の訂正報告書を提出するものである。
